Company Setup Overview
Setting up your company profile is like introducing your business to Otutu. This information appears on your invoices, reports, and official documents. Getting this right ensures professional-looking communications and accurate financial records.
Running your business with incomplete or incorrect company information can create confusion, delay payments, and affect compliance. Accurate company setup ensures tax calculations, reporting, and branding work correctly from day one.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Administrator access permissions
Business registration documents
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Company Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner

2. Configure Company Profile
Basic Information: Enter your company name, email, and phone number
Upload Logo: Add your company logo for professional invoices (recommended 200x200 pixels)
Address Information: Complete your billing and shipping addresses
